I have lived in Washington State all of my life and love the Pacific Northwest for its mountains, trees, rivers and lakes. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, running, camping and kayaking. My cat, Lui, enjoyed the outdoors on a leash, and went camping and kayaking.

I enjoy running in large races with friends, such as Ragnar Northwest Passage (a team of 12 run 3 legs each, relay style to complete 200 miles), Seattle’s Tunnel to Viaduct 8K, Hood to Coast Washington (a team of 6 run 2 legs each, relay style to complete 75 miles) and Hood to Coast Oregon (a team of 12 run 3 legs each, relay style to complete 200 miles).
