As Founder, Owner and Designated Broker, I lead all aspects of brokerage operations, providing strategic direction, oversight, and support to ensure a high standard of service across the firm. I establish and implement business policies, best practices, and systems that drive efficiency and professional excellence. I collaborate closely with our marketing and technology partner to continuously enhance tools, visibility, and client experience. A key focus of my role is developing and delivering professional development programs that equip new and experienced brokers to succeed in residential real estate. I also ensure full compliance with Washington State regulations, Northwest MLS requirements, REALTOR® association standards, and applicable federal laws.
